A restaurant where one can experience traditional Liguria regional cuisine. The menu follows the seasonal nature of the products and changes during the year. Particular attention is paid to products linked to the Albenga area: “spinato” artichokes, “cuor di bue” tomatoes, “trombetta” zucchini, and violet asparagus, the only one in the world and part of the Slow Food presidium. Meat and fish are carefully selected, the bread is homemade with natural yeast and everything is seasoned with Liguria extra virgin olive oil.
